Tire Storage and Stock Rotation
Keep inventory fresh and sellable on your rack.
Environment
Store tires in a cool, dry, dark place away from ozone sources such as electric motors, and off bare concrete.
Stacking
Store mounted tires inflated and stacked or hung. Unmounted passenger tires can be stacked a few high or racked upright and rotated periodically.
First in, first out
Sell older DOT dates first. Same-day delivery from a distributor lets you carry less stock and keep what's on hand fresher.
Labeling
Label racks by size and keep a running count so you know when to reorder before a customer is waiting.
