Where the trucks go
Nassau
Our home county. Hicksville sits in the middle of it, so Nassau shops see the shortest wait on every run.
Queens
Express runs west across the borough line for shops from Long Island City to the Rockaways.
Suffolk
Runs east along the expressway and parkways, from Huntington and Babylon out through the Hamptons and North Fork.
Daily runs
Two different times matter: the same-day cutoff is 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday — orders in by then still go out today. The "Order by" times below are for catching a specific run (e.g. order by 1:00 PM to make the afternoon run). Windows are typical and shift with traffic and volume.
| Run | Order by | Delivery window | Counties |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morning run | Open of business (8:00 AM) | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Nassau, Queens, Suffolk |
| Midday run | 11:00 AM | 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Nassau, Queens |
| Afternoon run | 1:00 PM | 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Nassau, Suffolk, Queens |
| Saturday run | 10:00 AM | 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Nassau, Queens, Suffolk |
